Join left handed artist Mary Pullen Deacon in her art studio to learn and explore the heritage skill of TRADITIONAL CALLIGRAPHY - using modern tools | AUTUMNAL THEME
Come along and learn foundation skills in traditional calligraphy, layout and the alphabet in UNCIAL script.
Mary brings a lifetime of knowledge of calligraphy, design and layout and, as a LEFT HANDED calligrapher, is well positioned to support left and right handed calligraphy students.
Spaces are limited to a maximum of six participants to allow for high quality, individual tuition within the group, and to nurture a feeling of calm and wellbeing.
All are welcome (18+) and Mary will carefully guide you towards achieving your goals.

The workshop fee of £55 includes expert tuition, high quality eco materials, use of professional tools, light refreshments - AND your own Pentel Sign calligraphy pen to keep and continue to use on your calligraphy journey.
Mary welcomes participants with additional needs and her studio is fully accessible during Dice & Slice café opening hours.
