Embrace the longest day and take a mid year moment to pause and retreat from the everyday to enjoy a calm interlude, settled in the Patch atrium, creating your very own unique dos à dos, hand bound book, designed to reflect the Summer Solstice event.

Learn hand sewn book binding techniques, using traditional tools and quality sustainable and recycled materials.

Spaces are limited to allow for high quality individual tuition within the group and to nurture a feeling of wellbeing in the lovely space at Colchester’s Patch café.

Inclusive and accessible. Participants are invited to advise of SEND on booking.

£40 per participant (including expert tuition; use of traditional tools; high quality, eco materials; and a splendid drink from the Patch menu)
